however I do listen to and enjoy other genre's and sounds that I love as well... I don't knock them. I agree with Jeedee.

There are some producers and dj's styles that I don't agree with but I just don't go to their shows. I do however listen to the tunage to see if there is something I like!

I've been noticing myself getting all political with my music choices, however you guys have made me realize that its not what matters as an audience. I do still however hold on to these politics, and it marrs my judgement on some good tunes that come out from producers I see to be
"sellouts". I get angry when I think of knife party, afrojack etc. Lets hope one day I can learn to enjoy their music as well.

the reason I don't like knife party, is because they broke up Pendulum. Pendulum was my favorite favorite ever! I loved them!!!!! now no more Pendulum. What happened was the KP side of Pendulum wanted to go "mainstream" and start doing bigger things, and the other side wanted to still make jungle/dnb style bass music and play for their original audiences. So they split up a couple years ago. KP was formed, now everybody and their mom knows about KP which is what they wanted, and no more Pendulum.

They used to throw kick ass live shows, they stopped mid tour because of this disagreement and cancelled the vancouver show as well. Try youtubing Pendulum live @ Brixton Academy, that is exactly how the shows used to be. Now they don't even do DJ sets because of contract agreements so whenever there is a Pendulum DJ set booked its actually El Hornet djing Pendulum tracks.
