Last night was fucking amazing! To start off our local dj's fucking rock. The vibe at 560 was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and having a blast. There were no buddy guys and muscle men trying to power their way through crowds, everyone was just having a blast. The whole night the vibe was just amazing.
Emma Hewitt, fucking gorgeous, her voice sounds exactly like it does in her tracks. No processing or anything, I was actually really surprised about that. She's so sweet, nice and down to earth. I'm jelly of the person who won that brunch date with he today. I was not disappointed one bit.
Ben Gold knows how to party! he was sweating and dancing harder than anyone on the floor, lol. and he layed it out proper.
Good night, met some great people, reunited with a bunch of old friends, killer vibes. These are the types of shows Vancouver needs nowadays.
Ben Gold played almost all my fav tunes. Was unrealistic. The place was pretty empty for a soundlab event. Especially for 2 "big names". Glad it wasn't packed though. Had so much room to dance. I would totally agree with you about the crowd, but I had one fat redneck (noracist) come up to me and put his hand over my phone while I was filming Emma. U wot m8? Then he started facing us and dancing like what you would think a drunk redneck would dance like. No fucks were given by him. Mad disrespectful.

^ sounds almost like w&w when they came last oct to blvd, that was still one of the best shows i've been to. tons of room, nobody pushing and shoving, everybody was friendly, and all the dj's that played that night (our local talents too) looked like they were having a blast. agreed that these shows are what vancouver needs more of

are we talking about the same w&w event lol. When lines were like an hour + to get in, and the show was oversold and was crazy packed. On the other hand, Andrew Rayel @ blvd was perfect...because it was the same night as Calvin Harris it was pretty much all true fans there, and it was just a giant sing along all night...that was a fun night
