How to Program Blitz SBD i-D Spec-S, Help

I just bought the Blitz SBD i-D Spec-S for my turbo GSR, I've never programed or attempted it before. How easy is it to program? Cause I don't want to mess anything up or damage the motor... I am running about 7 PSI, any help will be appreciated, thanks in advance.:D
