Getting axels replaced and exhaust put on.

I drive a 2003 Honda Accord V6 Coupe. One of my axels needs to be replaced but I think I might just get both of them replaced at the same time.

I don't want to take it to the stealership and was looking to find a good, reputable shop to take it to.

How much do you guys thing it would cost to get both of my axels replaced and if someone recommends a good shop from getting it done.

I also have a stainless steel exhaust that I need put on. It is all assembled and everything, it just needs to be swapped with the old one. How much should this cost... seems like a quick and easy job.

Thanks in advance for the replys everyone.

at our stealership, we use napa as an alternative for axle shafts. They have new outer joints, not reman. Haven't seen any problems with them yet. I would be more concerned about the quality of parts being put in. Its not rocket science to install.

Any grease monkey can install axle shafts and exhaust on a Honda. Unless the exhaust needs to be modified, which most after market cat back exhausts don't. If u just need one axle shaft just replace one save ur money, and check for cracks or rips in the boots of the other. If cracking just replace the boot on the other side. If the other side is split open and road dirts been getting inside the cv. Then replace it. Short stop big o tires on Bridgeport rd. is fantastic and so is garage 5. If ur in the Richmond area.
