weird noise coming from rear tire/wheels So I found nails on both of my rear tires. So I went to get it fixed (pluged). Then I pump the tire pressure back to 33PSI. The problem now is whenever I make a low speed left turn or U-Turn, there's a metal grinding noise coming from the wheel/tires ---"deeeedaaaaa". I'm pretty sure the noise is coming from the back. Could it be that they over tighten the lug nut and that's what cause the noise, I don't have a torque wrench until next week. Any advice? THX FOR YOUR HELP *Btw the car is S2K |
can't see over tightening lugs causing a metal grinding deedaa noise. There hasn't been, (and i haven't seen) any issues with the the rear diff's on the s2k's. The only thing i can think of is your brake wear indicators. |
or wheel bearings |
thx, I think i'll check the wheel bearing and rear axle. But the noise disappeared today. odd |
you sure its not your tires rubbing ? lol... |
