Chrome license plate holder

anyone know where i can pick up a chrome license plate holder/cover? do the places in metrotown have it? I need to get one asap.

Yes the store upstairs by the movies in Metrotown definitely has it.
Not so sure about Autoworld on the first level.

Canadian Tire should carry it too.

well to be honest it's really up to you there really isn't any written rule or anything.

but i made the mistake once buying a cf plate frame on ebay. put it on...front looked weird without it on. so i ordered another one. wasted a few bucks cuz i could have just bought 2 in the first place and have it shipped together and pay only 1 shipping.

walmart, it's like $9-10

If it's the actual chrome plated one, they will get weather beaten.

!SG 09-03-2010 05:07 AM

that is why when i bought that load of plate frames for RS, i opted for the stainless steel one. anything other than that, will get weathered and will have rust marks in our vancouver type weather.

nabs 09-03-2010 05:10 AM

are there any RS ones available? I wouldn't mind rocking RS on my new SRX.

!SG 09-03-2010 05:40 AM

donno, i had 100 made, if there are any left out there, you should contact soundsgood as i left all the merchandise with him

nabs 09-03-2010 02:26 PM

got one for the front and back, mann the car looks awesome. ill take pics and put it up later.

thumper 09-04-2010 06:44 PM

do what SG said: go for the stainless ones. i went cheap once and went with some ebay chrome plated ones (it had an embossed logo on it) and after a year or so it started to pit and rust and no amount of polishing was worth saving it :(
