Sharepod I find is the best program out there. I used it after my computer crashed, it was a life saver getting my music back on the computer.

Media Monkey is free and works great, super easy to use. Another one is TuneAid, not sure if it's free tho (friend had it)

Anapod (torrent), it syncs your iPod and then you can just archive it all through to your computer. User-friendly, just gotta know how to use a keygen. naw meanzzz???

+1

This.

Super simple and easy to use.

But you need iTunes installed first.

I just started using Media Monkey as well, using it to transfer music to an ipod that's not synced to my comp.
