The Tim Hortons in Richmond Center and the one by 3 and Cambie have the same owner, and those two locations don't care if you just loiter.

The McDonalds on No 3 and Granville is open 24 hours. And if I remember correctly the McDonalds by East Hastings also has a 24 hour lobby. I'm sure there's more out there that are 24/7. I prefer McDonalds coffee over Tim Hortons Coffee

Number 9 most probably does have coffee. But depresses me the fuck out. If I ever had to study I would never study there LOL.

What pisses me off is that Tim Hortons near Waterfront on Seymour that isn't 24/7, but I guess its not really a free standing location. While its exposed to the street its technically part of Harbour Centre. Would be awesome to walk between Pop Opera and the clubs in Gastown late at night and grab some doughnuts. :drool
