Is This Possible???

I dropped couple of my buddys at there car. Then I came back to check on them but when i went to check up on them they were getting pulled over. So i parked my car a block away and WALKED towards the cops to see what have happening to my buddy, After the cops give me a ticket for overpassenger. But i didnt even get pulled over by them, they even gave me a ticket for not having my N

A more detailed and fluid story is required.

So far you in your post, all that I gathered was you dropped your friends off at their car, then possibly at the same location they were pulled over? You park your car and then received two tickets?

I would fathom that it is possible to get those tickets if you did commit the crimes. Were you over the passenger limit and did you not have your N on?

Is it possible that the cops that pulled over your friend also saw you and you were unknowingly going back to the scene of the crime and the cops happen to put 2 and 2 together?

Did you approach the police "on foot", and ask what was going on with your buddy's? And did you possiblely tell them that you have just dropped them off? Did they ask you for your ID?

Then if the answers are yes, then you have given evidence of being an "N" (showing your DL), and admitted that you had dropped off your buddy's. That's probally all the evidence they needed to ticket you. You could try and convince a judge, that you dropped them off one at a time, good luck with that. You'll probally won't beat the ticket for not having an N, if in fact you didn't have one.

Maybe the Police saw your can go by with too many passengers, grabbed the plate number and had a ticket ready for you. Just a thought.
