Did a quick search to see if anyone has found the video.

It has been out for over a month and nothing has poped up yet!

This is indeed a real movie - available to see in Japan and Brazil. I am currently living in Tokyo, where it has been out for in limited release for some time, and have had the pleasure of watching it. Large portions of the movie are in Portuguese, and the narration/subtitles are obviously all in Japanese.

Senna is a legend here in Japan - even middle aged housewives know who he was - and yet the film is still somewhat off the beaten path and not all that popular. With that in mind, I wouldn't expect it to be released in North America, where the general population has no idea who he was. It's a shame too, because it was quite a good movie.

^ Does the movie have showings at Toho theaters?
I'm in japan right now and I would love to watch this movie.
Only problem though is that I can't read japanese.

Senna is a god in Japan. I was in Japan about a month after he died, and I remember one department store had dedicated an ENTIRE floor to Ayrton Senna memorabilia. They had a McLaren Honda MP4/6 there on display surrounded by bouquets of flowers brought by fans, an amazing photo gallery, a pair of his shoes, a race worn helmet and other things. It was incredible how they were able to put it all together just a month after his death.

If you truly are an Aryton Senna fan, the book, "Ayrton Senna: As Time Goes By" by Christopher Nolan is a must read. I bought mine when it first came out, and it looks like it's still available.

^Yeah that book looks cool, I'll check it out thanks!

umm here is the link to toho theaters, http://hlo.tohotheater.jp/net/movie/...uhin_cd=008086

Where are you in Japan?

You can understand the movie without being able to read/understand Japanese. You will miss some chunks of information, but it should be okay.

Peturbo 11-21-2010 02:51 AM

I'm in traveling through western japan right now,but when I get back to my friends uncle place by Tokyo, I can go to a Toho theater(minami osawa station) nearby.
