So some idiot calls and I get the sales call. The guy was on some kind of speaker phone or something and then he starts asking me about cars that transform. So right away I'm pretty sure this is a prank call. While he was asking me a bunch of weird questions I could barely hear, I googled the # and came up with a bunch of people saying they say rude things or ask a bunch of dumb questions and basically waste your time. So knowing this, I decided to mess around with him for a bit saying,

Me: YES! we have cars that transform
idiot: OH which is your newest car with transforming doors?
Me: Honda Odyssey
idiot: How much is that? Like 100 grand?
Me: For you, Only 33,000
idiot: Can I pay in yen?
Me: Canadian
idiot: but Honda is japanese! You guys love Yen
Me: Not here but you can get it exchanged no problem
idiot: Ok Im coming down there right now!
Me: Ask for Jeff, I won't be here
idiot: ok Thanks Jeff, I'll see you soon
End

His name is Oliver apparently but he sounded like he wasn't all there...

Apparently from what I read, the # doesn't work if you call back.
It's just what shows up on the caller id.

It's just a bunch of bored kids from all over the place, and they have discovered prank calling using VOIP. The phone number appears to be a Skype or Goog411 number.
