Cheap fried rice/fried noodle in Chinatown? is there anywhere in Chinatown to get cheap made to order fried rice or rice noodle (IE Guangzhou beef noodle, salt fish chicken fried rice) like richmond public market style for like $5-6 each |
The only location I know of would be Hon's but the one closer to Gore Avenue. I'm not sure what this beef noodle dish you're looking for is but they do have soy sauce chow mein, beef with fried flat rice noodles, Yangchow fried rice and Shanghai fried thick noodle amongst other things. I haven't been there in a long time so prices may have changed. I recall paying around $5 to $6 for a big box but you can get a small box for maybe $3 or $4. |

Personally, I find the one at one at 41st half-assed, not enough wok hei and greasy. The ctown location seems like actual proper chinese food. I wish both location did roast pork as a item option. I went more when they did that. |
I usually don't like Chinese food but kens kitchen is freaking good. |
