For steel wool, use 0000 grade steel wool. Available from home depot and its cheap. DO NOT use steel wool on mirrors. It will scratch the f*&k out of them. |
you need a stronger material to cut and scratch a surface. Consider glass is one of the strongest material available, the steel wool will have no effect on the glass just make sure the steel wool is clean and no pebbles or sand is in it. I keep alot of fish tanks and i use razors and anything i can find to clean the algae off. |
