Saw him on Saturday night in Richmond. I was behind him during a red light on Westminster Hwy going to make a left on Minoru. Cyclist is sitting across the street. He peels out on the green and almost destroys the dude on the bike. How the eff did he not see the cyclist sitting at the light??? Of course, didn't slow down to say sorry, instead rips down Minoru going at least 85+ in a 50 zone. Slow the f*ck down!!!
