4-5 blocks closed off in Downtown?

Been having a bitch of a time trying to get to work yesterday and today cuz it looks like a bunch of roads have been closed off all day. Parts of Hornby, Burrard, Smithe? Creating huge traffic jams! I was stuck on Burrard for an hour! Anyone know what the dillio is with that?

Probably just critical mass bike rally
I know its expensive to live downtown but people who work in the city should have a place there.
I know people in Burnaby, Surrey, New West and Richmond who actually drive to Vancouver to work. Commute must be awful for them.
