newbie hid question

Hey, i am interested in installing hid's in my 95 eagle talon.
Just wondering i saw theres a hid outlet in crystal mall that had a post on her that they have hids for liek 59bucks. Just wondering, Do those just work for day times or night time lights? is there a set that is for both? also i want to change the lights in my trunk, overhead, and and glove box to led white lights.
So please tell me everything i need to know cause from what i understand hid installation is pretty simple.

Those 59 dollar ones are refurbished no warranty. Just spend the money an get a decent kit. Hids during the day are pretty pointless and just kills the bulb life faster. Use them and night and leave your day time runners on during the day. I just realized that your talon probably has reflector headlights not projector. Hids in relector is fail, google search projector retrofit otherwise stay away from hids or you will be blinding us all terribly..

That sounds way to expensive for my taste, im not looking to blind anyone, i just have troubles seeing as it is now. Whats the brightest lights i could get without going to hids
