I never actually said that. I said I "REALLY don't want to have my vehicles impounded, and I'm smart enough to figure out the cause-and-effect relationship."

I'll be the first to admit I tend to follow the flow of traffic, but I'm also not stupid enough to go past that 40-over mark knowing the potential consequences. If someone else wants to blow past me at that point, more power to the pigeon.
