WTB: 92+ Honda Car for Winter Beater

Hi I'm looking for 92+ civic or 92+ integra / el

-$2000 max or $2000 + AP1 wheels with 99% snow tires 10/32" tread all-around
-Must be manual, in running condition and can be driven safely
-Body don't matter but nothing too crazy on rust aka rust bucket
