would date her but there's better looking girls at metro everyday just everyone so accustomed to every girl model with professional makeup and airbrushing, gotta be realistic |
Girl looks cute, she doesnt look like one of those whores with mad amounts of make up. |
Who gives a shit about the stupid girl. That two jackasses practical joke is now going to possibly throw them in the slammer. |
i would bone that girl |
SMH at the people talking about the girl's looks instead of the story |
Let me get this right.. So the white kid is gay but he jump off the bridge cos everyone found out he's gay? Brown guy goes to jail cos he want to watch and share his roommate's gay exp? that makes the brown guy more gay than the white gay. Girl is cute n I am asian. Not hot like Maggie Q but cute. Did I get the whole picture right? |

There's a new article on the New Yorker that gives a lot of detail to this whole situation: Tyler Clementi’s Suicide and Dharun Ravi’s Trial : The New Yorker Quote:

Excuse my ignorance, but why is this Molly Wei chick in trouble? From what I'm reading this Ravi character used her computer to spy on his roommate. Is that it?! |
Quote:
How do you think he got HER computer? Obviously if she's been charged for something, she was involved in it a little more than just opening the door to her room and letting this Ravi guy in. I don't think the prosecution would blindly charge just for the fact that she sat and watched a broadcast. They both acted in the this, one more than the other. But the point is both their actions caused harm and both their actions were wilful. For those reasons alone, punishment is deserved. Unfortunately, 5 years is hardly a punishment for this. Just because you didn't have the mens rea to have someone kill themselves, doesn't mean you shouldn't be held responsible if they do kill themselves based on your deliberate actions. I wish there was some way the D.A. could file for manslaughter charges. Instead, I think they're focusing on the fact that it was public broadcast of pornography, without wilful consent. That's a shame. This guy is the definition of a loser. Probably wanted to fit in real bad so he exposed others and picked on other people's weaknesses and personal traits to give himself more attention. It's a shame that he would instead of fucking this Molly chick in her room, watch gay porn with her. |

I honestly feel bad for the guy, RIP. It's humiliation to the most extreme level...Poor kid |
looks like random asian girl off the streets |
now who is going to get BUTT RAPED! what idiots... |
Pretty childish move on videotaping your room mate. But killing yourself over it seemed like such a wasteful thing to do. How many people seen that video? thirty? forty? Move away and start a new life. That reminds me of that 15 year old who killed himself because someone stole his ipod. It turned out there was pictures of his dad touching him on there, but that was obviously a lot more severe. |
Please read the link I posted up a few posts back. The OP is from 2 years ago. The link explains how the media got it all wrong. |
