Aviawest

I got a miss call from them. She (Nicole) even left a voice message asking to confirm my info for a 2010 bmw draw.

I am not the type of person who would enter for free draws even if I get something free out of it.

soo I googled them right away: http://aviawest.info/

appearantly, they are going to harass me for life until I change my cell number.

They called me again today, but my phone was on vibrate so I missed the call again.

I was wondering if there is some way to block their calls?

or should I just tell them to fuck off next time they call?

I like the idea of telling them to fuck off lol

i went to one of these.. they do discounts for travelling by earning points.. you pay a lumpsum of money in advance though..

i won a draw for a 2 day resort.. it was a lexus draw i placed somewhere

Pick up next time, and just try to creep the shit out of them

pant heavily, evil giggle after every sentence and if its a chick try to hit on her creepily

they called again, the third day straight...

but this time i picked up and told them they got the wrong number.

hopefully they will stop calling me for now on.

How to Remove Yourself From Telemarketing Lists
By an eHow Contributor
Does the phone always ring just as you're sitting down to dinner, and does it always turn out to be someone trying to sell you a new roof or clean your carpets? You can fight back without turning off your phone.

Difficulty: Moderately challenging
Instructions

Things You'll Need:
Telephones
1
Tell the telemarketer to put your name and phone number on his or her company's "do not call" list, and request a copy of the company's "do not call" policy.
2
Use junk-call and junk-mail removal services, which arrange to delete your name from telemarketing lists.
3
Have your name and phone number placed on the Direct Marketing Association's telephone preference list, which the association maintains to identify individuals who do not wish to be contacted.
4
Avoid buying things from or donating to telemarketers. Cooperating with telemarketers may result in your name and number being sold to other telemarketing firms.
5
Maintain an unlisted phone number, since many telemarketers build their lists from the phone book.

You can sign up here for the do not call list. If you're on this list, it is illegal for any telemarketer to call you. If they do, they will face a hefty fine.

This list exempts companies you signed up for though. (Credit Cards, Cell phone etc)

lol..

i guess that is better than 1000 fuck off to the telemarking companies

I signed up for that list when it first started a couple years ago and I STILL get unsolicited telemarketing calls. There's some kind of loophole that I think allows telemarketing companies to buy out the list, allowing them to continue.

Now I just tell them they've called Pizza hut.

It's actually against Federal law. You should get their number down and report them. They will definitely stop eventually after they face upwards to a hundred thousands of dollars in fines
