How much do you weigh? 85/87 flex should be fine, though the type of stick you use for floor hockey doesn't matter all that much. Unless your talking roller hockey I wouldn't spend a whole lot on a composite stick. There are some decent wood sticks out there that should do you fine!

^ I agree. Stick type doesn't quite matter for floor hockey.
Depending on what type of shots you prefer to take, the flex can vary. The higher the flex rating, the stiffer the stick, no matter what material it is made of.
If you take lots of slap shots, a stiffer flex is preferred to take full advantage of the stick recoil as it snaps the ball/puck forward.
For now, you should just stick with a regular 85 flex and see how you like it.
For floor hockey, or any type of street hockey, I use a composite shaft and a wooden blade, so whenever the blade wears down, I can just replace it for $10-$30, and choose between blade types.

Edit: You should take a look at Sportchek and see what you prefer.
