Weighted Tube like shiftknob-In Vancouver

Anyone know where to buy a weighted -tube- shaped shift knob? Mabye around 350grams

As for the shape I am looking for one shaped like this http://item.taobao.com/auction/item_...0cb116423e.htm

Thin tube like knob, not too long.

i had the exact same shift knob as the one in the link. the black paint gets worn off quite quickly. the weight did help with the inherent notchiness of the r154 box.
