222 XXX km
5 speed manual with short shifter (includes OEM shifter with car)
leather seats
power everything
sun roof
Evo front bumper
Evo side skirts
civic rear bumper and type R lip
integra type R spoiler
short ram intake (cold air intake extention includes with car took it off so filter is easier to clean)
tenrai cat back exhaust
slotted rotors and hawk hps pad front brakes
OEM shoes and Brembro drums rear brakes
205/50R15 falken Ziex 912 on OEM rims

i'm a tech at toyota so i do all the maintenance myself
NGK iridium spark plugs done at 170k
exedy OEM clutch at 170k
timing belt, water pump, and transaxle fluid done at 200k have bill for parts
recent oil change
tires and brakes are around 50% all around
call me at 604-537-7499 after 5pm on monday-saturday or anytime on sunday

now comes with 2 extra tires the are 80-90% 205/50r15 forgot what brand i used it for winter only but they are all seasons
