There shouldn't need to be any need to distinguish what his "intents" were. You're all missing the point. The issue here is not if the turtle can feel pain or not, the issue here is that this guy just did it with the assumption that there's no problem with what he's doing. He had an undeserved sense of entitlement.

How would you guys like it if I went over to your house unannounced and fucked your sister because I thought it'd be neat? Noone got hurt, she's still alive and kicking what's the big deal? Oh btw I posted pictures on the internet with my dick up her ass. Cool eh? :thumbsup:

You know that people get their pets spayed or neutered so that they are unable to reproduce accidentally, producing a litter of offspring that will potentially be destroyed if suitable homes can't be found, don't you? Haven't you ever heard the saying "spay and neuter saves lives"? This case with the turtles is NOT AT ALL the same thing, not even comparable. Fucking idiot.

no it doesn't feel painless like cutting your nails, since your nails don't have nerves in them, but the turtles shell does.
