the effing bathroom, when you piss on the thing, there are effing flies that come out to your face.

i still remember the effing odour.
it smells so bad you'd want to eat a live skunk instead.

Not surprised at all... same thing almost happened to my wife in China.. she almost fainted the smell was so bad. Trying to hold her breath, cover her face with one hand, and swatting flies away with the other. The bathrooms there are disgusting, no wonder you see so many mainlanders pissing and shitting in garbage cans. gym showers, and behind rocks at beaches.

there were images circulated around the internet of people in china shitting on the sink..

I'm not talking about "images that were circulated", I am talking about things seen with my own eyes, and reports from friends. In fact today we saw a mainlander get her kid to piss in a flower pot outside a mall.

I spent a week out in Yunnan province this summer. Didn't spend much time in the cities there, but headed straight for the countryside. Beautiful place...until i needed the bathroom.

There weren't any toilets. Just a hole you squat over. It was filthy. It was vile. It smelled like I had fallen into the most disgusting cesspool you could imagine. I expected that of the countryside though. However, the airport in Lijiang was disgusting. That was mildly surprising to me. It was just as gross as the bathroom out in the middle of nowhere. I decided to wait till i was on the plane. At least that was sorta clean. SORTA. ew.

I was out in the countryside for a day back in May and the washrooms there were pretty gross but I don't expect Hillbilly Jim's outhouse to be any better over here.

Failed for comparing 3rd world farm conditions in China to Canadian farms, when you haven't even seen one here.

fuck... ive heard things have changed but, i was at a more ghetto mall, and i could smell the washroom from so far. and the washroom STUNK so bad. like.. not "oh god this stinks"

and the public washrooms? god damn, whoever said in this thread u could smell it blocks away is true.

i was walking and i was like WHAT is that GOD DAMN FUCKING SMELL. smells like shit mixed with rotten food. there was a public washroom within like 2 blocks of where i was.

seen a mainlander take her kid to one of those standing trash cans with the hole on the side and pee in it. and I also saw some kid pee between the platform and into the gap of the MTR.

the washroom at chops in richmond... is like heaven!!

Those things arent even washrooms. Theyre a lounge that happens to have a toilet in it.

I went there for a friends birthday, a few of us went in there and sat on the couches to watch a bit of the canucks game.
