biebz, usher ans i were chillin' smokin' a doob and talkin bout the 90s when this lil midget and his gang of lil friends start attacking us. this one motherfucker in particular, who was wearing fur leopord print bell bottoms was really going in hard, shooting at the biebz while his friend sat on his face. so we're all scared and shit so biebz and urrsher start atacking back via a dance fight. as jb did one of his patented hair flips it hid the midget in the face which is when thangz really excalated.

before we knew it the place was swarming with cops, so we jet and went where we thought no one would find us in richmond - the library. ai

my buddy posted this on his faceboook. he brother was the manager who kicked him out. we have throughly thanked him for this. its true what happened.

Apparently it was "JOE DIRT"

"The 12-year-old kid was surrounding Justin in the corner with his other little friends and shooting him during the game with their laser guns. Justin did what any other person would do during a laser tag game, and was just trying to get away from getting shot at and accidentally hit the kid while running away. The kid's sister said he started crying because he was hit hard, but when we saw the boy there was no marks or anything. Justin stuck around after in the lobby explaining what happened, when the kids parents decided to call the police. On a side note: Justin used the nickname, JOE DIRT, while playing laser tag."

Tess Marti, the daughter of Michael Marti who owns Planet Lazer, had this to say to us about how the situation ended:

"Justin told police he accidentally touched the 12-year-old's face, and after police interviewed witnesses they let Justin and everyone else go. The next day the cops came to my house to ask a few more questions to my dad, but that was it."

Justin Bieber was on the receiving end of the kind of hate-filled bullying that has made headlines recently --- during a laser tag match Friday night, he defended himself from an aggressive kid who referred to Bieber as a "faggot" ... sources close to the investigation tell TMZ.


We're told that during the game of laser tag, one kid went out of his way to target Justin repeatedly (a violation of the code of honor of laser tag, if there is such a thing).

Sources say that Bieber became frustrated when the kid cornered him and wouldn't stop shooting and when Bieber told him, "That's enough" ... the kid responded, "What are you gonna do about it, faggot?"

We're told a shocked Bieber replied, "Excuse me?" Sources say the other kid responded, "You're a faggot" and then put his hand out toward Bieber and Bieber pushed it away as he left.

Contrary to several news reports, we're told Bieber never struck the other boy.

Law enforcement tells TMZ it was the boy's father who filed the complaint hours later ... and our source says the father was heard at the scene repeatedly telling people, "I'm a lawyer."

The police investigation is ongoing, but our sources say police already know the fault does not lie with Bieber.

Come on...what is this overprotective crap. Let the kid learn to take a shot to the face. If he was dishing it out then he needs to learn how to take it.

From what I've heard it wasn't even to the face, and didn't even hurt the kid. I don't know how the people behind these ridiculous cash grab lawsuits can sleep at night knowing how embarrassingly obvious they are to everyone.

No, I'll just comment that the story you heard must've been bent somewhere along the way, cause I'm positive that is not what had happened. It was something along the lines of, but not what has been mentioned above. The report that Gh0stRider posted is so far the closest to the actual story.

The manager that was on shift now has all of his shifts revoked because of the way he handled Bieber's personal information :rofl:
