nice car! Might help your sale if you posted the buyout price as well!

jam_done 10-18-2010 04:02 PM

how much for the transfer fee?

gumnny 10-18-2010 05:29 PM

The Buy Out is $19995
Lease Rate was 3.9%
Monthly $415 + Tax

Nechako87 10-18-2010 05:51 PM

How does this work? I just take over the lease from you, with the only additional cost of it being the transfer papers?

Can I just buy it straight out when I transfer the lease for 20k?

Buyout price means after the 3 years and 3 mths...then you have a choice to return the car back to the dealership and walk away...or you spend the 20k to buy the car and you are the sole owner of the car.

Right now the car is still owned by the dealership, they are just 'renting' it out to you.

The transfer fee should no more than $500
that we have to go the subaru dealership sit down with the business manager

reason for the departure?

gumnny 10-18-2010 06:27 PM

My girlfriend and I have decided to move forward and we are buying a house end of this year. need money for down payment , I have babied this STI since the first day I own it , I would be loved if I can keep it but I cannot afford a mortgage and a STI , kinda sad to have it let go

maxsensation 10-18-2010 10:01 PM

Wow, so for the 2008 and 2010 base model STI's all came with HID, but for the 2011's you have to buy the tech package? Talk about pushing buyer's to the more expensive model if all you wanted were factory HIDs! It's just like mitsubishi's tactics! Someone should buy this car as a protest to the 2011's! I'm sure this car will sell fast!
