Post Delivery Health
 

I know with the Chinese, the month after giving birth is crucial for women. There are very strict things right after that women can or can not that will directly effect her health for the rest of her life.


Were there anything special you or your partner did post delivery? Or prior to delivery?

It was the opposite for me. I could finally have things like Brie cheese and sushi (raw). Other then that just eating healthy.
I did and still am taking domperidone <sp> to help produce more milk.

if you want to produce more milk, you eat Papayas.
