FS - 1999 Honda Prelude, 5sp, Pearl White–Low K’s/No Acc's/Near Perfect condition!
 

Specs/info:
139xxx km’s. Excellent condition.
-Local car
-No accidents, not a rebuilt, no claims.
-2nd owner, we’ve had it for around 4.5 years. Lady driven.
-Selling because the gf doesn't want to drive a manual anymore and we need a second 4 door.
Honestly speaking, it’s probably the nicest, non-molested, Pearl White prelude around.

Exterior:
-I would give 9/10. Paint is in excellent condition, nice rich pearl.
-Tiny scuff on left side of back bumper (2 inches or so). Would easily come out with cut polish or even a good buffing (looks like the residue of a rubber bumper from another vehicle).
-Also, a tiny crack on driverside door handle housing (3mm maybe) and small chip in paint from what looks like a futile break in attempt.
-One small, barely noticeable door ding (c’mon the car is 11 years old).
-Rims are very good condition

Interior:
-Practically Flawless.
-I say practically because the plastic cover for where the 3rd break light would be, is missing, always has been, didn’t really care (has spoiler light).
-Otherwise, the interior is mint.
-Absolutely no rips or tears on any part of the seats (cloth), front and rear. Seat warmers work great.
-No scratches, scuffs or marks on dash or anywhere.
-Stock Prelude mats are unsoiled and in good condition.
-OEM CD player works perfectly fine and all OEM speakers sound as they should. AC blows cold.
-All interior lights illuminate, no burnt out led’s or bulbs. Shift boot/knob in perfect condition.

Summary:
This car is a joy to drive. Clutch is good and new tires were put on last spring (~70%).
Front brake pads due for replacement, will be getting installed at Honda prior giving car to new owner.
All maintenance done regularly at Kingsway Honda.
Only mods done to car are lowering springs and intake.
Just Aircared. Good to go.

Has the rear bumper been replaced? Paint isn't matching the rest of the body.

what model is your prelude? base, sh, or se? i see you havent stated.

I don't think anyone is trying to bash your thread but to just get clarification on the colour difference of the rear bumper and the rest of the vehicle. Its a valid question because there is quite the difference. Would you have a Carfax or ICBC report with you?

To be honest, I have never noticed any color differrence in person.
If it was replaced/painted, it would've been done by previous owner as there were no accidents when gf bought vehicle. Further, I know for a fact there have been absolutely no claims of any kind during our ownership.
She did have icbc report lying around in somewhere, but no idea where it is. Will try to dig 'er up.

sigh... no leather makes me sad :( glws though! exterior looks very very clean. imho bumper discolouration is due to the asphalt reflecting off the white exterior

Indeed, it is very clean. Almost always garaged. Like i said b4, haven't seen a pearl white 'lude that hasn't been riced out in as good condition as this one...

lol i was thinking about it, but im already gonna have to get a loan from the bank if i was going to buy your car. dunno how much more an interior swap, WITH heat seats will cost me, labour included.

All leather ludes are heated. And Labour? Seriously?! It's 4 12mm bolts on each seat!

Clean Prelude OP. Makes me miss my old pearl white SH. Trade for a red 5th gen + cash? :D

Did you buy the car with the painted sides and rear skirts? Only SH's come with them originally. Also what suspension (since it's clearnly lowered).

Really? Didn't know that. Yes, gf bought it like like that off previous owner. Was exactly what she wanted at the time. Yes, I thought I mentioned in the ad that it is lowered. HR springs. Handles like it's on rails and isn't loose at all.

Gonna b sad to see it go. I love using it to zip around the city when i don't wanna use my truck. Thnx for the bump.

Actually, maybe someone can confirm, but I thought all ludes have heated seats no?
And is there any other differences btwn sh and base, other than leather, rims, suspension, and painted skirts?
