DIY: Sealed Headlights > painting & restoration ... |
nice man, I been doing headlight work for our Nissan Infiniti guys for a few years now, done about 40 sets of 350z, G35, 300zx, G37..etc.. headlights I really enjoy it just like looks like you did as well, nice results by the way ! hey I just did a 300zx recently and the exterior lens was pure glass, like a salad bowl, is it the same thing with your Supra ?? |
Nice, did the same thing to my ek hatch when I had it. is it possible to get euro spec headlights for the Supra and still be legal in Canada? I love the nice clean glass headlights from the euro supras think it makes the car more striking |

G-spec, 40 sets, damn... that's a lot. are the nissan headlights sealed together like mine were? and yeah same thing with my Supra, but mine are actually plastic that's why I needed to have them cleaned from inside. I was attemping to do the 93 to 97/98 headlight conversion (black with chrome rings). The eurospec headlights are 800 for a set, and mine look fairly close now. I will try to take some better pictures on a sunny day. |
haha I like it. wanna black out mine? ;) for a fee of course |
suree.. lol. I got about 8 or so PM's of people asking me. how about you just send me a message, and I'll see how my schedule is like. |
did you end up ripping up the edges on your oem headlight housing? cuz i just defluted my lens a few days ago and i still have to seal up my headlights now cuz i broke some of the plastic edging when i opened the headlight |
nope didn't happen to me, I just did it slow not to damage anything. |
