I dont think the permit is for buying.. Its more for where you are discharging your fireworks. I'm sure if you blow them off in a park and cops come and u dont have a permit everything will be taken away and you run the risk of getting fined... Ive gotten a permit every year for safety measures but I have never been bothered..

Are you seriously comparing the negative possibilities of the use of fireworks, something that happens maybe 1-5 days out of a year, to the VIs people get for their cars? Do you seriously believe you can pass that BS off as some sort of comparaitive argument?

No one here is going to feel sorry for you, not after you tried to pass off that "epiphany". Your drivers license you use to drive, the road you drive on, the land you live on, and and the air you breath are a privilege you surely are undeserving of. Why do I say that? Because you are a overprivileged, self-involved moron.

<yamahar6>Well, gee, there's a small chance some ricer's HIDs, lowered car, dash-mounted license plate, or hella-flush turd rims could kill somebody. I mean, I have no facts to back it up - small chance, but still a chance. Durrrrrr </yamahar6>

Thanks for the laugh.

I looked around for fireworks stores for last 2 days.
The best price for big packages is at Main St and between 50th-51st
It's in the middle, but left side. (If you walk into a store with a zombie clown machine thing, it's a wrong store)
And another one is Knight and 41st ave (furniture store)

You guys suck, just make your own explosives. Whats stopping a 16 year old from going to gas station and filling up a jerry-can for his "ride just down the road"?

Don't need a permit to "buy" per se, ya underagers lol. tsk tsk

But I went into a fireworks shop last night and they just said that if/ when you're going to discharge, go fill out the form online (some true false q's) print it off and have it with you when you light them, like put it in your pocket, no biggie! It's free and it'll take 2 secs of your life.

No breaking the law and safety first.

<wobuffet> How much you pay for that? Last night they had stuff on "sale" already, from $ 129.99 to $ 69.99.

I wasn't planning on getting anything till Friday night!
