read like 5 websites about the story...most reasonably explanation is that the woman is using a 1920s era hearing aid and testing it out...she was probably just talking to see if she could hear herself..
apparently the 1920s era hearing aids were about the size of a moto razr

attempting to interpret the past, coming to the conclusion that time travel or some other highly improbable occurence has been witnessed with zero related proof is just stupid.

this story reminds me of this picture that was posted a while back about a guy
at a bridge opening ceremony who seemed to be a time traveller because of the clothes, glasses and the camera he had

Its not a phone, the person isn't holding anything THAT big. You can tell between 4:27 and 4:28 how the person moves their hand/fingers that theres nothing as large as a cell phone in the palm of their hand.

^ Wut. But there's clearly a black rectangle-ish object in her hand. And cellphones are all in different sizes and shapes.

1. what cell phone infrastructure was she using in the 1920s? if it's a crazy space-time transmitter, you're telling me "communicator" design hasn't changed in like 80 years?

2. i don't see any actual object in her hand, it's just implied, she could be doing anything. maybe she has arthritis and was trying to fix her hair

It LOOKS like a black object because of the lighting. Look at the shadows. It looks black because there isn't any light entering that little section she cupped with her hand.

i watch a lot of old movies and u see similar devices to the one pictured above used as hearing aids

this dude being a classic film fan and a filmmaker no doubt knows this but decided to get some PR for himself
