I guess that's like a call center job? Not sure if telus change their ways of Interview but when I did it I was sit in a room with other doing their questions on the computer.

thats just the test, you need to pass that to get to an interview.

Ive been hired by them twice as a temp. its pretty standard interview procedure, they'll prollly be asking you to relate a lot of examples to your previous job experience. like give me an example where you had to meet a deadline at your previous work, things like that, i seem to remember being asked a lot of those.

I heard from my old manager at telus that they just recently brought some client care back in house from the philipines. You'll most likely get full-time to start off while they need you, but your gonna be a temp so they may cut back or lay you off at any time really no guarantees with that.

^^ that's good. Last time I call telus about switching my cable and Internet service to them the guy on the line sounded he had no interest in getting my business and the quality of the phone call was really bad (echo through out the call).

do a search, i think i did a post a long time back.

there are tests and a few interview steps. I got approved for the job and it was a tri-lingual for 16.95 I think for starting, (This was many many years) ago but I declined the job cause I knew Telus would be monitoring my calls, and i'll be working minute by minute being all over my ass on quality control.

It's not a bad gig to get into if you dont' have other stuff to look out for.
