Anyone work for Shaw??

Hopefully in the technical (Internet/email) or Customer service?

Situation:

I'm closing account A, and opening account B. Account A has 3 email addresses attached to it, i want to retain these addresses when I have account B. Is it possible to transfer the emails from account A to account B?

If you can let me know that'd be great...

Thanks!

if you're not the account holder of both then verbal agreement from account owner of "B" must give the OK before it can take place

im not sure how this works. but i've been on/ off between shaw/ telus for the last decade depending who has the best promotions.

ive learned that my shaw account still works even when i discontinued with them.. i had about 4 shaw accounts on different occasions, and the email i had set from my initial account is still in use even though and i've never called shaw regarding this.

^ i do not want to take that risk.

I've had friends cancel their shaw accounts and move their email address to my account. I had to call shaw and tell them it was OK, easy peasy.

thanks. this has been done.
