Ski instructor?

I think ski/snowboard instructors have pretty awesome jobs.

so...

how do you become one?

I think you need to get some classroom training, then get tested. There are a few different levels and that determines who/what you can teach.

The pay is minimal.. like $11-13 an hour? private lessons are more $30 an hour?

The biggest perk is that you get a season pass for working there.

yeah i wouldnt mind teaching little kids and then having the weekend to ski. however, i don't think the pay is sufficient enough to cover room/food? =(

to be a ski school instructor you dont need much traning if any. Just how to ski or board very well. To be a Snow patrol, thats were you need heavy training, first aid ect..
