Matching Tires

So, after buying a set of used winter tires, I found out while getting them mounted that one of them had unrepairable damage. Basically, you wouldn't have known that it was damaged until the tire was inflated.

Considering the tires are almost well over 95% tread, would it be advisable to change two of them as opposed to one of the tires?
I found another tire that's a different brand and the same size, but has very similar tread pattern and a higher speed rating.

Any help is appreciated!

IF its a similiar tread pattern it will be ok, not the ideal solution but a realistic one.

Its more of an importance if they're the same diameter. Subaru has a spec for how much deviation between tires it can be.
