Re-Paint

Long Story short, the front bumper is scratched the car its an 04 EL, in Nightpearl Black i believe, how much would it cost to repaint this or fix it?

Realistically a professional job is going to be closer to 700-800.

The bumper needs to come off the car and be completely overhauled to result in a prober repair.
