Anyone here deal poker at casino's or have experience in it?

I am seeking around 5-6 poker dealers for a charity poker tournament.

We will have food and refreshments for the event and some other free goodies as well!:)

We are donating to the Lions Club, whom, donate a large sum of money to charities every year.

is this tournment open for anyone ? Im not applying for a dealer job but more interesting in playing it

is there a lmit on the players ?

im not from sfu but where would the closest parking lot be from the maggie benson centre?
and how much would that parking cost for the duration of the tournament?

@Greenstone: No, there is no limit of players. If you are really interested, PM me for more information and I will arrange something with you.

@UnDeadMage: No problem if you are not from SFU! The closest parking lot will be in Convocation Mall Visitor Parking. Since the event starts at 7:00PM the price for parking is only $3.25 for the entire night. If you are also interested, PM me for more information and I will arrange something with you too.

definately interested in this since friends and i were planning poker night for this thursday... is there a deadline to sign up since i know its coming up pretty soon..

also, what time would be considered "early bird" vs regular admission?

Tomorrow will be the last day to purchase tickets at SFU. But, for Revscene, you, and your friends, can all sign up on http://bit.ly/holdemup4charity and we will charge you "early bird" fee for you at the door :)

Might be down for this, roughly how many players do you think will show up?
Only top 3 gets paid?

^Hi Slifer.

We are expecting around 30+ people showing up on Thursday. Of course, the bigger the event, the more prizes to be distributed amongst the top 3. The top 3 winners will be receiving a cash prize. We also have some gift cards as well for other players.

Since it is for charitable purposes, we decided that we do not need a lot of prizes. It still is a tournament, so everyone can't be a winner haha.
