Dentist Recommendations?

I'm looking for a new dentists.. any suggestions? I'm tired of my current one and he/she seems to be always trying to sell me on services I clearly don't need.

I'm looking for a nice modern facility with nice equipment and nice people with good talent.

Thanks in advance.

Dr Prudence Chan @ 4731 Kingsway in Burnaby

I think the office is run by dr. crispin horng or something along those lines.
Most pain free dentist experience ever, anyone who I've recommended to her for root canals etc. always compliments on how relaxed they were. I am still very twitchy when it comes to dental work and I go maybe every year and a half :$ but even I have had a very good experience with her.

My brother fell asleep and woke up with braces when he was in grade 10 or 11 if that says anything
Speaks english/canto/mandarin btw, I think the assistant is mandarin.

she also works on wednesdays near oak and king ed, but I'm not sure if she still does.

I go here:
http://www.aarm-dental.com/

They have some pretty hi-tech equipment compared to my old dentist.

How much do dentist charge for cleaning? my old dentist charges me $100+ for cleaning

tiger_handheld 05-05-2013 08:51 PM

if you want high tech , no pain , no-bs (ie. does not try to "up-sell")
check out Yaletown Dentist Vancouver

he is a little pricy than my previous ones. regular cleaning is about $40-50 (the 20% portion). My old guy used to charge $10-25 for the 20% portion.
