touchless car wash strips LSP?

had a discussion with my frd the other day about touchless car wash. He claims that if I get the "express" package it won't strip wax/sealant off the car. I think otherwise...

Now my car is so filthy and i don't have a warm place to wash it, i'm thinking of taking it to touchless to just blast the salt off the car. So will it take of the single coat of klasse sealant i put on it a few weeks back?

I think it will depend on the lsp you have on and how many coats. Since it is a touchless wash the word is that they use some pretty harsh soaps that could possibly strip a car. I just go to the wand places and use water instead of their soap.

jacket up, and go to the washworlds to spray car down. i find my car gets pretty clean with just a spray.

The touchless probably won't strip it all off first time through, but it won't take long. I agree with the other guys, just to a self serve place and pressure wash it off until you can wash it properly. If its just been protected, most of it should come off easily.
