Backup Software

I'm looking for a program that does automatic daily backups to my backup drive. Any good programs out there you guys recommend?

I've been using Windows backup, it works just fine and it's free.

Edit: I should mention that I have been happy with Windows backup in XP and windows 7.

Windows Backup in Vista is a piece of shit that won't let you choose the specific files and folders you want to back up, only what "types" of files (IE: Pictures, music, docs etc)

When you guys mention back up, do you mean using a program like Symantec Ghost to make a backup image of your drive?
