LF: 32" to 40" LCD/LED HDTV

I am looking for a 32" to 40" LCD/LED HDTV.
I prefer Sony. Samsung and Sharp are fine as well.
I am looking for 1080p and at least 120hz.
Please message me the brand and model number.

I also have a BNIB Sony 5.1 3D-Ready Blu-Ray/DVD/iPod Playback Home Theater System to trade.

thanks for looking.
