bought a new set so i don't need this one any more.

pretty much brand new. I used it to drill 4 holes in drywall. that's it.

Its been sitting in its bag ever since.

No scratches, no dirt, nothing!

Lifetime warranty as i have already registered it with Ridgid. Yes, even the batteries are covered.
