Solo Retentions Do they even have a retentions dept? The guy at the Bell/Solo store gave me a number, which turned out to be the same as #SOLO for the automated service stuff. I managed to get through to a lady that only did setting up plans, who redirected me to someone else doing support, who redirected me to Bell retentions, who redirected me back to the basic #SOLO stuff again. This took 45 mins to get me right back where I started, so I hung up. If they do in fact have a retentions dept, what on earth is the number? Surely there is someone working for that company who I can try to get a better deal from. |
