I shit you not, but as weird as this sounds, watching the leaves change colour is actually much better in Montreal than it is here. I don't know why it is, but it's true.
That said, the majority of southern Europe has much better scenery than us. :p And I hate to say this, but the flatness of the Prairies is actually pretty neat on it's own. | forget the leaves. I love our cherry blossoms.
sooo JDM!.....not

What else do we have? We have the best jiggly puffs culture in all of Canada fo sho!
Also the Asian influence here is a lot stronger than anywhere Eastwards. Remember 5 years ago you drive a car and you yield to pedestrians? Now pedestrians yield to you here - regardless of their ethnicity! It's uncanny. Only true to the West of Surrey, of course. http://t3.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:y...32%3Bimage&t=1
You can't mention West Coast without mentioning our hilarious grow-op operators...With guard bears.
We also have cheap Asian food. Oh yeaaaah your late night Alexandra Rd food run is not to be taken for granted. So cherish it.
The flatness of the prairies is useless - that just means the closest ski resort is 4+ hours away. You have all the adversaries of having snow 8 months a year and none of the benefits. Eff that.
I'm in Winnipeg right now everything but clubs shut down at 9. Even fast food joints....omg. |
