just hemmed them at lougheed today. it was $12.31(including tax) for regular hem and only took 30 minutes. pretty happy with the results.

Regular hem for $11 before tax? Sounds pricey, I believe the place at empire in richmond charges about $5 for regular hem.

did you get new pairs from retail? I am sure they give free hem in local malls. Got my TR original hemmed in the same retail name but different location

Depends what your meaning of Cheap is. Slimming jeans from the knee down is called tapering, it usually costs around $25 (unless I'm paying too much) I get all my R&R tapered because most of them are bootcut. I get them tapered at L.N Tailoring which is on Fraser Highway if you live near there.

if boys co carries the same pair of TR... bring it them and youll prob be able to get away with them hemming it for you...unless they ask for receipt .. which then you can say you tossed away lol

^That is so true, the idiots there rarely check. There are a few people who have worked there for quite a while though and I wouldn't be so confident with them

I think it helps to bring a boy's co bag with you haha, I probably have some.

Whats RCSS? Real Canadian Super Store ? Is it called Super Stitch Corporation ? Would you know how much it would cost to patch some thinning material ? I'm scared it'll rip & create a bigger hole

I went to the one right near Old Navy in Metrotown. Good place though not sure for hems. I had to get my North Face vest stitched and it was only $5 for like 15min.

This is the place I go to. It may be a bit overpriced but it's close by and has always done great work on my Guess jeans.
