Do any of your parents have a Personal Trainer or know someone who is one?
 

hey guys,

my dad is getting older and his exercise routine is nothing. he goes to work, comes home, eats, watches tv, and sleeps. he isn't obese, but he isn't in the greatest shape. He is now on blood pressure pills because of his high blood pressure.

I'm looking for a personal trainer for him as I feel this is the best way to get him out of the house. It's easier imo for him to go to a gym with someone than do it on his own. I'm not in vancouver so I can't go with him.

So if any of you have parents that have a personal trainer or can recommend someone can you please post or PM me.
