(HELP!) headlight housing open/re-seal
 
someone recommend me a shop or someone that can open up one of my headlight and re-seal them back.
i have a problem leaking in one of my headlight and some water stains built up inside
would like to open it up clean it and re seal them together.
thanks!!

are you sure its the seal that's leaking water in? could be something else if your car has been hit before

DIY, bake in the over and pry apart, clean up then reseal with some sealant.

pretty sure its the seal becuz it has been opened to retrofit tsx projectors in.

then thats easy just reopen it with oven or heat gun, clean out all the water then re seal and add silicon generously over the seal

i have no tools or automotive skill whatsoever lol

you have an oven, no? read up on google on how to bake a headlight, and crack it open (probably need to pry open a few hook tab things) then clean out the inside, get some sealant or epoxy from homedepot and seal it back up

don't have an oven lol
i live alone renting and i never cook

I can see it being difficult to cook when lacking an oven..

Go to home depot, buy some silicone, put your headlight in your rents/friends oven pull it apart and re-seal. Its pretty difficult to screw up.. unless you forget about the headlight and melt it into a blob.
