unless you have family in real estate, or really good/many connections, this is house it goes when noobs become realtors

you push your parents to sell their house
you push your relatives to sell their house
you push every friend you have to sell their house

your real estate career is over lol

referalls are everything in real estate, and without huge connections most new agents just flounder

its just like everything in life. you put enough work in, you'll get something out of it.

but most importantly you need the right timing and opportunities.

step 1. get funds and register into a license realtor course.

step 2. you'll know when u finish step 1.
