LF: Lowering Springs (Civic 09 4dr) + Wheel/Tire Trade...

So anyways.. looking for some quotes on lowering springs once again, and whatever needed to lower my car down a bit. Not too sure if I want to or should change my stock struts along with some other stock parts when I lower my car on springs, so some insight would be nice too :)

Also wanting to see if anyone wants to bite.. I want to trade my pretty much new xxr 525's 16x7 +38 wrapped around some Falken ZIEX 912 A/S tires.. refer to this thread. Looking for some 17" or 18" wheels with A/S rubber to fit on my civic, but can't really afford to unless someone takes the wheels off my hands :\ I did get them for over $1.3k at Volco but after getting my wing I really need some bigger wheels.


Also maybe looking for quotes for a rear lip, mugen front lip and sides . But unless there's a crazy deal on them I'll just leave the body parts for quotes and keep the price in mind.
